FACE OF LOVE: 55 minutes

Sit down and meditate on a beautifully blended montage of Amma and the life around Her in India. This visually poetic work has a soft reverential mood and has no spoken narration. It is original footage taken mostly during the 1995 North India Tour.

River of Love

RIVER OF LOVE - 78 minutes
Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, affectionately called Mother, Amma or Ammachi, is an unique embodiment of love and compassion. She is the revered teacher for millions of people throughout the world, and has dedicated her life to relieving human suffering and bringing love and joy to the world. Ammachi lovingly receives and embraces equally all who come to her, personally counselling and consoling people from all walks of life, healthy and sick, rich and poor, regardless of race, nationality or religion. Amma has initiated many important charitable projects in India, including the construction of an 800 bed hospital in the south, over 25,000 houses for the poor, hospices for the terminally ill and AIDS patients, numerous schools and colleges, and food and shelter for over 1,000 orphans.

All are free to the poor. Amma lives her message showing that "Service to the needy is service to God." This film documents Amma's life, mission and work. Her very difficult childhood is portrayed in a vivid re-creation, filmed in her village with local "actors". The viewer is taken on a rich and fantastic journey into the life of one of the most incredible beings of our time.

Making tea for Her children and singing by the roadside campfire; speaking at her public programs (English subtitles); giving darshan from a car; chanting at a late night home visit; receiving Pada Puja during Devi Bhava; meeting with the Prime Minister of India at his residence in Delhi, and much more. Your journey concludes with a seven-minute musical video version of the bhajan - Muralivale, as sung by Swamiji Pranavamritananda Puri at the Delhi ashram.

AROUND THE WORLD WITH THE DIVINE MOTHER PART I - 120 minutes
From May '96 through Aug. '96, Amma undertook her 10th World Tour, visiting the countries of Japan, United States, England, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and Sweden spreading the message of love and spirituality. Meeting personally millions of people from all walks of life Amma fills their hearts with love and peace. Join Amma as she gives darshan, satsangs, sings bhajans, conducts Devi Puja and receives devotees in Devi Bhava.
Also included in this cassette are excerpts from Amma's historical address at the Interfaith Celebration, held to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the United Nations, at the Cathedral of St. John, the Divine, in New York on Oct. 2nd 1995.

World tour

AROUND THE WORLD WITH THE DIVINE MOTHER PART II - 120 Minutes
In this Video Cassette, you can witness Amma's installation of the Brahmasthanam temple in Mauritius in April 1998 and also excerpts from her visit to the Reunion Island and other countries of Europe in November '1997.
This cassette also shows a continuation of her visit to the various countries of the world spreading the message of love and spirituality.
