There Are Problems Only Amma Can Solve!

Former Kerala State BJP President C.K. Padmanabhan came
for Amma's darshan in Kannur. This high-ranking politician
of the Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP)—currently the ruling
party at the national level—is strong in his views about
Amma. |
"Politicians are of influence on the public in some way, and they
see certain problems in the world and actually think they can solve
them. But it is really the politicians themselves who are the problem!
And only Amma can solve that problem. In their minds, there is
a constant fight between the devas and the asuras—the
good and the bad. That is the real problem! Only Amma can solve
that!”
"In India, there has always been the understanding that God-realisation
can be achieved by spiritual practice. No formal education for
that is needed. So even if Amma has only a few years of formal
education, that does not matter."
"My first experience with Amma was more than 10 years ago, but
at that time I did not feel a strong attraction. Over the years,
it has come. I am a man who naturally questions everything, and
today I had a very strong experience. The last time I met Amma
was in the Ashram in Nerul, near Bombay, two years ago. Today,
the first thing She said to me was, "My son, I met you two years
ago in Bombay." Sometimes I don't even remember the people I've
met yesterday. But Amma knew! Yet She's must have met over two-million
people since then."
"It is very important to bring spirituality into politics because
it brings an important vision. This area of Kerala is famous for
its political clashes. These clashes can get very physical. Amma
teaches love and affection. And I believe that since Amma has been
coming here, the number of physical clashes has come down."
